Two things get checked on this page. First, the bottle: does the lot code in your hand match the run we documented, and does the label match the name we ship under today? Second, the source: are you actually on the authorized portal, or on something that looks like it? Both take about a minute.
On the name. AlkaSlim has been sold under the label CitrusBurn since June 2026, after a competing claim over the name. Ordering, pricing, the lot record and the 180-day promise all run through this portal exactly as before. The full rename notice is on the home page.

The six-step source check
- Confirm the domain in the address bar. The authorized portal is alkaslimz.com, spelled exactly that way. Hyphenated variants, extra words, subdomains and other extensions are not part of the 2026 authorized distribution, no matter how closely the page copies this one.
- Expect the CitrusBurn label. Since June 2026 an authentic bottle reads CitrusBurn on the front. A sealed bottle with the older AlkaSlim label is earlier stock from us, not a counterfeit, and stays covered. Also check the padlock and a valid certificate before you type anything.
- Match the lot code on the bottle. Turn the bottle over. The batch printed on the base should read AS26-B074 for the current cycle. If it does not, and you did not buy from us months ago, write to us with a photo before taking a capsule.
- Use only the published contact channels. Support runs through [email protected] and +1 (406) 552-8140. We never request card numbers, full card details or account passwords by email, and we never call to ask for them.
- Confirm the checkout gateway. Payment is handled by the authorized encrypted checkout partner named on the payment screen. If a page asks you to wire money, send a gift card or pay a person, it is not us.

Why AlkaSlim is not on Amazon, eBay or pharmacy shelves
We fulfil every order ourselves from Missoula. There is no wholesale programme, no distributor tier and no marketplace storefront, which means any third-party listing is either diverted stock that left our control or a copy trading on the name. Verification questions
My bottle shows a different lot code. Is it fake?
Not necessarily. Earlier runs carry earlier codes, and bottles from before June 2026 carry the old AlkaSlim label as well.
If you bought before this cycle, both are expected. Send us the code and the order number and we will confirm which run it came from.
Can I see the certificate of analysis?
Yes. Ask for TAS-2608-4471 by email and we send the document.
It covers identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial screening for lot AS26-B074.
Someone is selling AlkaSlim cheaper. Should I buy it?
No. A price below our own is the clearest sign the bottle did not come from us.
We set the price here, and no authorized channel undercuts it. Report the listing and we will chase it.
