A note on security. These are the only contact channels we use. We will never ask you for a full card number, a card security code or an account password by email or by phone. If someone claiming to be AlkaSlim support asks for those, it is not us. This is step four of the source check.

Before you write
Support handles roughly two hundred messages a week and the overwhelming majority are answered somewhere on this site already. Delivery timing and tracking live on the delivery page, refunds on the promise page, and dosage, side effects and stimulant questions in the help center. Payment and shipping for every AlkaSlim order are processed through our authorized checkout partner, so if a charge on your statement looks unfamiliar, send us the order number and we will identify it. We can also confirm which warehouse run your bottles came from and what date they left Missoula, if that is what you need.
