AlkaSlim Privacy Notice
Effective August 2026. This notice explains what Wrenfield Botanicals, LLC collects when you use alkaslimz.com or order AlkaSlim, and what we do with it.
The short version
We collect what an order needs and very little else. We do not sell personal information. We never see your full card number. If you want your data removed, email us and we remove it.
Information you give us
When you place an order: name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. When you contact support: whatever you write in the message, plus your email address so we can answer.
Information collected automatically
Standard server logs record IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. These are retained for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build a marketing profile of you.
Payment information
Card details are entered on our authorized checkout partner's encrypted page and processed by them. Wrenfield Botanicals receives a confirmation and the last four digits, never the full number and never the security code. We will never ask you for card details by email or telephone, and any message that does is not from us.
Why we hold it
To dispatch your order, to answer your questions, to process a refund, to detect fraudulent orders, and to meet accounting obligations. Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Nothing else is kept longer than it is useful.
Who else sees it
The payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our email provider, each only to the extent their function requires. None of them may use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any price.
Cookies
This site uses the minimum needed to make ordering work and to remember whether you dismissed the offer bar, which is stored in your browser session and disappears when you close the tab. We do not run advertising trackers on alkaslimz.com.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except where an order record must be retained for tax purposes, in which case we tell you exactly what is being kept and why.
Children
AlkaSlim is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen, and we delete it if we discover we have.
