AlkaSlim Refund Policy

Effective August 2026. This policy governs refunds for AlkaSlim purchased through alkaslimz.com. Plain-language version on the promise page.

1. The window

You may request a refund for any AlkaSlim order within 180 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier. Delivery date, not order date, is the reference point. Requests received after that period fall outside this policy, although we review borderline cases on their merits.

2. Condition of the goods

Opened bottles, partially used bottles and empty bottles are all accepted. There is no requirement to return product unused, and no restocking fee is applied at any point.

3. How to open a request

Send your order number to [email protected]. We reply with a return address within one business day. Do not send bottles back before receiving that address, as unannounced parcels cannot be matched to an order.

4. Return postage

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, since a refund is issued on arrival of the bottles and a parcel that cannot be traced cannot be processed.

5. Timing and method of refund

Refunds are issued within five business days of the returned bottles reaching us, to the original payment method. Card issuers typically post the credit within a further three to five days. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it.

6. What is refunded

The purchase price of the product. Shipping charges already paid are not refunded. Partial returns are refunded in full for the bottles received, and a partly used bundle returned in its entirety is refunded in full.

7. Purchases made elsewhere

This policy covers orders placed through alkaslimz.com only. AlkaSlim obtained from a marketplace, reseller or any third party is outside our system and cannot be refunded by us, because we cannot verify the bottle or the transaction. See the verification page.

8. Damaged or incorrect shipments

These are handled separately and immediately. Photograph the parcel and contents, send the images with your order number, and we replace the shipment at our cost. You may request a refund instead.
