There is no ranking in this guide, because a page that sells one product and then ranks it first is not a ranking. What you get instead is the six checks worth running on any alkaline or weight-management formula, and an honest account of how AlkaSlim answers each one, including where it comes up short.
Check one: does the label publish an ingredient list you can read?
Proprietary blends that name eleven botanicals and give one combined number are the oldest trick in this category. You cannot tell whether the expensive ingredient is present in a meaningful amount or as a pinch for the label. Prefer a short list you can look up one by one.

Check three: is a specific lot tested and documented?
"Third-party tested" on a homepage means very little. What means something is a lot number, a named laboratory, and a certificate you can request by reference. Ask for it before you buy and see what happens.

Check four: how long is the guarantee, and does it cover opened bottles?

What would make us not recommend it
