AlkaSlim Ingredients: Both Labels, Side by Side

Bottles shipping today carry the CitrusBurn label and seven botanicals led by Seville orange peel. Bottles bought before June 2026 carry the original AlkaSlim label and four fiber-led actives. Neither label publishes milligram amounts, and this page will not invent them.

That last sentence costs us conversions and we keep it anyway. Plenty of pages in this category print a neat dose table nobody can verify against a physical bottle. What we can document is the ingredient list on each label, the serving, the manufacturing standard and the lot result, so that is what you get here.

On the name. AlkaSlim has been sold under the label CitrusBurn since June 2026, after a competing claim over the name. Ordering, pricing, the lot record and the 180-day promise all run through this portal exactly as before. The full rename notice is on the home page.

What the AlkaSlim stimulant question comes down to

Seville orange, also sold as bitter orange, contains p-synephrine, a compound structurally related to ephedrine though far milder. It is the ingredient the CitrusBurn name is built around, and the reason the current blend is thermogenic rather than fiber-led [1].

It also means the phrase "stimulant free" no longer applies to this product, whatever a marketing page elsewhere may say. Green tea adds naturally occurring caffeine on top [2]. If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or you already take a stimulant, this is a conversation for your prescriber before it is a purchase. The original AlkaSlim formula had none of this, and we would rather flag the change than let a returning customer discover it at 11pm.

The AlkaSlim appetite and background ingredients

Spanish red apple vinegar and Himalayan mountain ginger cover the appetite side of the blend, which is the part with the clearest line back to the original AlkaSlim thinking. Andalusian red pepper contributes capsaicinoids for post-meal calorie burn. Berberine and Korean red ginseng sit in the background for metabolic and hormonal balance; berberine in particular has a substantial research literature worth reading on its own terms [4].

None of the seven is present at a published amount, so nobody, ourselves included, can tell you whether any single one is dosed at a level studied in the literature. Treat the AlkaSlim ingredient list as a list, not as evidence.

The old blend worked through fiber volume: konjac glucomannan formed a gel with water, baobab fiber fed gut bacteria, and the whole thing was genuinely stimulant free [5]. Anyone who chose AlkaSlim for that reason should read the current label carefully before reordering.

What is in neither AlkaSlim label

No gluten, dairy, soy protein or nut ingredients, and non-GMO inputs, on both the old and the current formula.
