Take AlkaSlim for up to 180 days. If it did not do what you hoped, write to us and we refund the purchase price. Opened bottles are fine.
That is the entire policy in two sentences. The rest of this page is the mechanics, because a promise that needs a lawyer to interpret is not a promise.
How a refund works
- Write to us within 180 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number. The clock runs from the delivery date, not the order date.
- Tell us roughly what happened. One line is enough. We ask because it is the only way the formula improves, not because the answer changes the outcome.
- Send the bottles back. We reply with a return address the same or next business day. Opened and empty bottles are accepted. Return postage is on you.
- Refund is issued. Within 5 business days of the bottles arriving, back to the original payment method. Most banks post it within another 3 to 5 days.
No restocking fee, no partial refunds, no requirement to have finished the bottles. If you ordered six bottles and return five sealed and one opened, you get the full amount back.
Why the window is 180 days, and why it got longer
Because thirty days would not be an honest test. Our own review data puts the median first noticeable change at week three or four, with a quarter of reviewers landing between weeks five and eight. A thirty-day window would push people to judge AlkaSlim before the interesting part, and we would rather not build a business on refunds nobody claimed because they ran out of time.
The window used to be 60 days. It went to 180 at the June 2026 relaunch, for a straightforward reason: the formula changed underneath people who had already decided they liked the old one, and a longer window is the least we could do about that. It applies to everybody, not only to returning customers.
It also explains the bundle advice. Two bottles give you sixty capsules against a 180-day window, which is more room than most people need to decide. The three and six bottle bundles let the trial run as long as the promise does.
What is not covered
Bottles bought anywhere other than this portal, because we cannot verify them. Bottles carrying the older AlkaSlim label bought from us are covered exactly like the current ones. Shipping charges already paid. Requests arriving after the 180-day window has closed, though if you are a few days over, write anyway and we will look at it. Beyond that, there is nothing clever hidden here.
