AlkaSlim Delivery and Tracking: Times and Returns
Orders leave our Missoula facility within one business day. Typical delivery inside the United States is 3 to 6 business days. Only the six-bottle bundle ships free; the smaller two add shipping at checkout.

Tracking your AlkaSlim order
A confirmation email goes out within minutes of checkout and a tracking number follows once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, usually the next business morning. If neither has arrived within two business days, check your spam folder first, then send your order number to [email protected].
Tracking sometimes sits without an update for a day or two mid-route. That is normal carrier behaviour and almost never means a lost parcel. If a tracking number has not moved for five business days, write to us and we will open a trace or reship, whichever gets a bottle to you faster.
Damaged, wrong or missing parcels
Photograph the box and the bottles before you do anything else and send the images with your order number. Damaged shipments are replaced, not refunded, unless you would rather have the money. Parcels marked delivered that never appeared are usually sitting with a neighbour or in a mail room, so give it 24 hours before we open a carrier trace.
Returns
Returns run through the 180-day promise. Email [email protected], get a return address, send the bottles back at your own postage cost, and the refund is issued within 5 business days of arrival. Opened bottles are accepted. Full detail on the promise page and in the refund policy.
International orders
We ship AlkaSlim within the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, the checkout will tell you at the address step whether your country can be served and what the cost is. Any customs charges are the recipient's responsibility, and delivery windows outside the United States are wider.
